We provide revisions depending upon the package selected by the client. Customers may request unlimited free revisions, and we will revise their design without any additional charges, provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
- “Unlimited revisions” means a maximum of 30 revisions per project.
- Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

General Revision Policy
- We provide revisions depending upon the package selected.
- Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions within each phase, provided the original concept and direction remain consistent.
- Unlimited revisions are subject to fair usage, as mentioned below.
Phase-Wise Revision Policy
Our phase-based workflow is designed to maximize output and client satisfaction.
- Clients can request unlimited revisions within the active phase.
- Once a phase is approved and completed, the project moves forward.
- Any changes requested in previous phases will be treated as:
- Scope changes / change in mindset
- May incur additional charges

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund policy is designed to protect both the client and the company while ensuring fairness.
General Refund Terms
- Full refund, less 10% processing fee, if cancelled within 24 hours, provided:
- No work has been initiated.
- No revisions have been requested.
- If refund is requested before initial design delivery:
- Eligible for 100% refund, less 10% fee.
- If refund is requested before initial design delivery:
- Within 48 hours → 66% refund, less 10%.
- Within 72 hours → 33% refund, less 10%.
- After 120 hours → No refund.
Phase-Wise Refund Policy
Our structured workflow ensures transparency in effort allocation.
- Once a phase is completed, its cost is non-refundable.
- If a refund is requested mid-project:
- Charges for all completed phases will be deducted.
- Remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded.
This ensures fairness for both:
- Work already delivered.
- Resources already allocated.
Service-Specific Refund Conditions
- Logo & Branding: No refund after final files are delivered.
- Website Services: No refund after development completion or live deployment.
- Animation Services: No refund after storyboard approval.
- Inactive Orders: No refund if no action is taken for 30 days.
Additional Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted to the support department.
- Approval is subject to case-by-case evaluation.
- Refunds require a valid reason aligned with the original brief.
- Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
Multi-Service Orders
If multiple services are purchased:
- Refund applies only to undelivered services.
Example:
- If logo is approved, refund is only applicable for website service, if not started.
Good Faith Policy
Refunds are granted under the assumption of good faith engagement.
We reserve the right to decline refunds if:
- Multiple agencies are hired for the same project with refund intent.
- The request is deemed exploitative or abusive.
Client Responsibility
- Active participation and feedback are required for project success.
- Delays caused by lack of response are not grounds for refund.
Originality Guarantee
We guarantee 100% unique designs.
- If a design is found substantially similar to an existing one:
- We will redraw the design.
- Any resemblance is coincidental.
- Clients are responsible for copyright registration.
How to Claim Your Refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

We will try to resolve your concern immediately through our revision policy. If the concern cannot be resolved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Blitz Animations, and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by the company.
Let us also specify that:

Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right, direct or indirect, to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, Blitz Animations would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

My Account
The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer.
Not checking or using the Account Area frequently shall not provide you adequate grounds for a refund. However, if you are uncertain how to use the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.
Reactivation Policy
- We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 days.
- The client can send us an email to hold the project if there is a personal issue.
- If the client is non-responsive for more than 45 days, the client has to pay an extra caution fee of $150 for re-initiating the project.
Third Party Terms of Use
Certain features of our services may utilize the services of third-party vendors and business partners, which services may include software, information, or other services.
Certain of these vendors and business partners require users who utilize such features to agree to our terms and conditions.
This clause identifies third-party terms and conditions that are required by such third-party vendors and business partners as they apply to the features set forth below.
Your use of such features constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These third-party terms are subject to change at such third party’s discretion.

Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to the Account Area as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation Email.
An email is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area.
All policies pertaining to revision and refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client’s account area.
We provide a design order reference number soon after the order is placed, so that the customer may track the status of that order and post revisions against the reference number.
We deliver all our customized design orders via email within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first logo samples within 24 hours by paying just $100 extra.

You agree that Blitz Animations is not liable for any correspondence from email address(es) other than the ones followed by our own domain, i.e. “...@blitzanimations.com”, or any toll-free number that is not mentioned on our website.
Blitz Animations should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence.
We only take responsibility for any communication through email address(es) under our own domain name or via toll-free number already mentioned on the Blitz Animations website.
